I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any, and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the organizers of this event and their representatives, successors and assigns; Jefferson National Forest; TanZ Navigation; and any or all sponsors or affiliates of the event for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. I attest and verify that I will participate in this event as an entrant, that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and my physical condition has been recently verified by a physician. I also understand that trail running is inherently a dangerous sport and that I may fall on rocks, in leaves, over cliffs, and possibly even into a creek to be washed away and never seen again. I also understand that the course will NOT be monitored by the event organizers and that I am responsible for my own safety throughout the event. Also, you agree to our refund policy.
