Housing
Your entry comes with space in a cabin. Each team will get a shared double/queen bed or two single bunks.
You are not guaranteed either type, but you can state your preference here.
We will try to accommodate everyone's requests, but please realize that space is constrained.

I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators, waive and release any, and all rights and claims
for damages I may have against the organizers of this event and their
representatives, successors and assigns; the New River Gorge National River;
the owners of Opossum Creek Retreat; and any or all sponsors or affiliates of
the event for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. I attest and
verify that I will participate in this event as an entrant, that I am
physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event
and my physical condition has been recently verified by a physician. I also
understand that trail running is inherently a dangerous sport and that I may
fall on rocks, in leaves, over cliffs, and possibly even into the New River to
be washed away and never seen again. I also understand that the course will
NOT be monitored by the event organizers and that I am responsible for my own
safety throughout the event.
